Guidance

When to use

  • To centre content at a readable width with the page gutter either side. Section renders one for you.

Rules

  • width: prose for reading, form for forms, xs … xxl for layouts.
  • gutter: page side padding, sm / md / lg.
  • Use it directly only outside a Section, or with Section width="none" when one band holds several columns.
